With smiles on all faces, the kids of West Creek Mews enjoyed a fun filled block party. With the sun shining down, all families were treated to good weather, great conversation and some very fun games. The kids maximized their day by putting on a cul-de-sac parade for all the adults. Special highlights included two visits from the local Chestermere Fire Department. The kids were able to meet the day crew and the night crew. A special thank you to the townhall for encouraging and allowing residents to partake in such a fun event. We also cannot forget to thank Robin from M&M’s for the amazing food voucher that allowed us all to be happily fed. We are already excited to host our 6th annual block party in 2013. As seen in the photo, three of the boys painted on their chests, “this street rocks!”.
