Although he was only a member of the Camp Chestermere community for a few short weeks, Rob Pollett made an impact on everyone he met, and his being remembered as an inspiring and passionate individual. Pollett, who took over for former director Frank Littel only last month, passed away in his home on Oct. 8 after suffering a heart attack. CHESTERMERE – Last week was a tough one for Frank Littel, as he prepared to say goodbye to Camp Chestermere and all of the people he’s spent most of the last 17 years of his life with. Littel’s last day as camp director was Friday, Aug. 26. He is packing his bags and heading east, where he plans to re-marry and take a position at another camp in the Muskoka area of Ontario.
