Dorothy Brand, beloved wife of the late Glenn Brand, passed away peacefully at the age of 86 years surrounded by her family. She was the loving mother of Carrie (Paul), Mark, Cheri, Patti (Brian) and Cathy (Jim). She will also be dearly missed by her 7 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Dorothy loved to be a part of her community, her ladies clubs, her church, and looked forward to attending the Holy Cross nurses reunions. She found great joy in family gatherings around her kitchen table and later in the homes of her children.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (1525 – 45 Street SE, Calgary) on Thursday, January 18 at 1:00 p.m. Please join us to celebrate Dorothy and have a visit.
