Harold (Harry) Gerald Von Eschen passed away peacefully at the Rockyview Hospital in Calgary, Alberta on January 27, 2018 at the age of 69 years.

Harold is survived by his loving wife Carol Smailes. He is also survived by his sisters Caroline and Linda (Ross), as well as sisters-in-law Jacqueline Smailes, Gail Bland, and Laurie Palosaari and brothers-in-law Graham Smailes, Brent Smailes, Tim Smailes and Mark Smailes. Harold will also be missed and remembered by all his nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father Gerald and mother Mary.

Celebration of Harold’s Life will be held in the Prairie View Chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home (1605 100 Street SE, Calgary) on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.

Final interment will take place in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on a later date. Thank you to Mountain View Funeral Home & Cemetery.
