SYNERGY Announces 2016 Annual General Meeting

Chestermere – Patty Sproule, Executive Director for Chestermere Area Youth and Community Development Society O/A SYNERGY announced today that the 2016 annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 20th – 6:30pm at Camp Chestermere in the main hall.
Board Chair, Melissa From, shared that, “SYNERGY will be making two very important announcements at this meeting about an exciting new website and the impending opening of the Centre for Community Leadership”
This meeting is open to the public. It will provide the opportunity for attendees to spend time with SYNERGY members, the Board of Directors as well as key staff and volunteers. The impact of SYNERGY’s involvement in the community will be addressed from the perspective of youth, families and community leaders. 2016 member families and organizations are eligible for one vote each.

About the organization:
SYNERGY was incorporated on November 6, 2013. It is a Not for Profit society whose mission is to cultivate the development of community leadership in Chestermere, Langdon and S.E. Rocky View.
The last Annual General Meeting held was on January 13, 2015 and a great deal has been accomplished since that time.
