The Chestermere United FC over 40 Ladies Excelsior and Inceptor teams won gold and silver in the recently completed 2017 Outdoor Soccer season.
Both teams were entered in the CWSA Soccer league in Tier 3.
The O40 Excelsior’s finished top of the table and didn’t lose a single game all season. The team has several gifted goal scorers which resulted in the team having the highest Goals For and the highest Goal Differential in the league. Due to the teams excellent results, they have been promoted to Tier 2 for the 2017-2018 Indoor season.
The O40 Inceptors finished second. The Inceptors had the lowest Goals Against in the league. They also led the league in the most games with no goals scored on them. The Inceptors will remain in Tier 3.
