Strathmore RCMP are investigating after a body was found South of Chestermere Wednesday morning.
At 8 a.m. Dec. 6 police were called to a location near the intersection of Range Road 282 and Township Road 232 after a member of the public reported finding a deceased male.
RCMP spent the day at the scene looking for evidence and continue to investigate the death.
The deceased was taken to the Calgary Medical Examiners Office. An Autopsy has been scheduled for Dec. 8.
RCMP said that the investigation into the death is still in the early stages and are asking anyone with information on this to come forward.
