Let’s take a look at Croatia – situated in South central Europe and Mediterranean region, Croatia shares several borders with its neighbours, Italy and Hungary to name a few.  The climate can be described as temperamental (a bit like Alberta) Winter is long and cold, Spring and Summer are mild. If you get a little peckish, Croatian food is flavoursome and delicious, the food can vary though, depending on which region you are in.
