Excavation meets truck

Letter to the Editor:
I am curious about the white half-ton truck that has been parked for several months in the middle of the large excavation project taking place on the corner of Merganser Drive and West Chestermere Drive.
It seems as though the excavation has taken place around this truck (which never moves). Wouldn’t it be something, if it was discovered to be a stolen truck that many people have driven by and wondered about it?
