CHESTERMERE – The Chestermere Regional Recreation Centre is hosting 3 Halloween Parties this weekend. The 3 events are the MUNCHKIN BOOFEST on Friday October 26 2:00 to 4:00 PM, which is for kids 2 & under 5, the HALLOWEEN HOWLER will also be held on Friday for Preschoolers to Grade 6, 7:00 to 9:30 PM and the FRIGHT FEST (Jelly Bean Dance). The Fright Fest is a Halloween dance for Grades 5 to 9. From 8:00 to 11:00 PM. Tickets for all of the events are on sale right now at the main office in the Chestermere Rec. Centre. There are 200 tickets available for the Fright Fest, 400 for the Halloween Howler and only 100 tickets for the Munchkin Boofest. All tickets are $7.00.
Now that I’ve told you about the events I need to inform you know that there is a desperate need for volunteers to help set up the stage for the Spooky House. There isn’t any heavy lifting involved, just some time consuming arranging is required or you could also volunteer at one of the many activity stations throughout the venue. More hands make little work and the time you donate will be greatly appreciated.
