Complicated recycling program

In regards to Brian Brand’s letter to the editor. May 29, 2015
I have an idea – “BRIAN BRAND FOR MAYOR”!!!!!
I totally agree with what Brian has stated in his letter. I feel like I am being held hostage in my home by the small piles gathering of recyclable material. Never have I seen such a complicated program. Every time I put something in a container I think “Boy I hope I have this right because I wouldn’t want the garbage police coming after me”. Plus the nerve to tell us that we have to use clear garbage bags. OMG. Next they will be telling us to get our blanky because it’s nap time.
I have not talked at single person who thinks this program is user friendly. So where is this 97%.
Oh and don’t get me started on that little bin for my table scraps that sitting on my kitchen counter just waiting to ferment. Yes I can’t wait to smell my garage and home once we really get into the hot weather.
Hmm I wonder how much those big garbage bins cost. Then I would be free to make my own recycling program. Any neighbours what to go in on the cost???
