Poor development on West Chestermere Dr

The city needs to review their hiring practices. Just look at the disgusting state of the development on West Chestermere Dr. just south of the golf course. The drainage as designed will never work as anyone can see. Underground drains freeze in the spring and plug in the summer. Now there are big ugly rocks on the city property near the road. Why would we endanger people and be liable in a law suit?
