One person injured at construction site

STARS transports one person to Foothills hospital after a fall

Emergency Crews responded to a construction site in Boulder Creek at about 9:30 a.m. Nov. 16 for reports of a fall.
On arrival paramedics from Strathmore determined that a 50-year-old male had fallen approximately 15 feet into an unfinished basement of a home under construction.
Based on their assessment of the patient and the time to extricate him from the basement, STARS was called.
The male was transported to Foothills Hospital in Calgary with serious non-life threatening traumatic injuries
