We appreciate your contribution to the CWL Textile Recycling Drive May 28 – June 4, 2017
When it comes to expressing our gratitude, we think it is never too late to say thank you.
We are glad so many people donated used clothing and fabrics plus other textile items, like shoes, purses, belts and such. Our 2017 Textile Recycling drive was another success as we raised $683.76 by collected 4553 pounds of textiles, for a grand total over 15,000 pounds over the last 3 years. Those items will be put to use in other countries and we diverted that many pounds from getting buried at Calgary landfill, helping us be good stewards of God’s bountiful creation. Thank you for having a part in the Textile Recycling Drive in 2017 and collect up your items for late in the Spring. We would especially like to thank the organizations that assisted us in the process.
