Price set for sale of Webster Industrial Park

City council set the listing price for the sale of Webster Industrial Park at the Nov. 7 council meeting.
The park will be listed for $14.5 million and will be marketed and sold by Colliers International.
The decision to sell the park was made in September after a review of the industrial park project found that the cost to continue the development would surpass the original estimate.
The city hopes to be able to quickly find a suitable private buyer who will be better positioned to move forward with the development of an industrial park on the site.
The Webster Industrial Park lands are almost 100 acres located at the corner of Range Road 282 and Township Road 240.
