Last week Bernie Maillet of Loop Around the Lake and Catherine Proulx, City of Chestermere Manager of Economic Development came to speak to the Rotary Club of Chestermere at their Club Meeting held at Camp Chestermere.

Both of these Fundraisers are very synergistic with two of Rotary International’s six areas of focus, so it was a real pleasure for Rotary Chestermere to support each of their efforts with a donation.

Rotary Chestermere has been working very hard to connect with other local non profit organizations to combine efforts to help create the city we all dream of.  Their club meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month at Camp Chestermere. Their motto is: “Come as you are – Give what you can.”  Guests are welcomed to visit their club meeting anytime. For more information go to www.rotarychestermere.org
