Stepping Stones FUN Day

Mental Wellness Everyday

CHESTERMERE – Rocky View Schools are on Spring Break from March 29th to April 8th and it’s important to give the kids a break from the daily activities of school. If you and your kids want to get out of the house the Stepping Stones to Mental Health will certainly be glad to offer you a treat to break the routine by adding some spice into your life. On April 3, 2013 Stepping Stones to Mental Health and the Chestermere Regional Recreation Centre is inviting all families to come out to the Chestermere Regional Recreation Centre from 1:00 to 4:00 PM to enjoy a free afternoon of indoor ice-skating, fun activities in the gym, and yummy hot chocolate. All families need a break from time to time and an essential part of mental health is mental wellness.
Come join in on the fun and discover new activities, indoor ice skating and mingle with others who are also having a mental wellness day. There are no age restrictions and best of all, it’s FREE.
